Our NDIS services help people living with disabilities live better, healthier lives. They are accessible for Australians of all ages. Access can be arranged through two NDIS Capacity Building funding categories. 1. Improved health and wellbeing. 2. Improved daily living.
Designed for adults to help them achieve their health and wellbeing goals to manage or prevent chronic health conditions such as diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. This is a free service for eligible adults living in South Australia thanks to our funding partnership with Preventative Health South Australia.
Designed for parents and carers of toddlers and preschoolers to raise healthy, happy children. This is a free program for eligible parents and carers living in Western Australia thanks to our funding partnership with Western Australia Department of Health.
Designed for families with primary school aged children to establish healthy eating and physical activity habits. This is a free program for eligible children living in Western Australia thanks to our funding partnership with Western Australia Department of Health.
Designed for teenagers and young people to help them meal prep, be active and use their independence to set up a healthy routine. This is a free program for eligible teenagers living in Sydney, Australia thanks to our funding partnership with Central and Eastern Sydney PHN.
