Overnight chia pudding
Quick and easy breakfast that you can make the night before.

Cooking time: Overnight
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cups reduced fat milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons pureed tin apple (in natural juice)
Fresh, frozen or tinned fruit for toppings
Method:
Mix chia seeds, reduced fat milk, pureed apple and vanilla in a small bowl or mason jar
Once chia pudding is well combined cover the mixture and put in the fridge to set overnight
The chia seeds should absorb the moisture and be nice and thick when it is set
When ready to serve top the pudding with fruit and enjoy!
