Exciting eligibility expansion!

More funded places open for the Think Eat and Move program.

Here at Better Health Company, we firmly believe that habits established during our adolescent years can have a profound impact on adulthood. That’s why we created our online program Think Eat and Move many years ago! An 8-week program thoughtfully designed to empower teenagers with the tools and knowledge they need to lead a healthy and fulfilling life.

In partnership with Central and Eastern Primary Health Network, we are excited to announce the expansion of eligibility criteria for our well-established Think Eat and Move program.

This change comes as a result of extensive research, feedback from participants, and an understanding of the diverse needs of today’s youth. We hope that even more teenagers can access the program and be given the chance to embrace a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Why Expand Eligibility?

  • Engaging All Health Levels: Health can come in different forms and degrees. Our newly expanded eligibility ensures that everyone has a safe and supportive environment to learn about implementing healthy habits.
  • Accessibility for more: By expanding eligibility, we aim to welcome adolescents from various backgrounds, cultures, and life situations.
  • Filling the Gaps: Expanding eligibility enables us to reach those adolescents who may not fit traditional criteria but still require guidance and support to make positive changes in their lives.
